Fees

At Crossroads Dental Wellness, our fees are based on the quality of the materials and technologies we use and our expertise in performing the dental treatments.

Full payment is required at the time the services are rendered. We accept Cash, Debit Card, Visa, MasterCard and Personal Cheques. Third party financing can also be arranged to provide convenient monthly payments. As a commitment to outstanding customer service, we will submit insurance claims on your behalf.

Written estimates will be provided for all major treatment plans, and upon request, for routine procedures. If you have insurance coverage, we can help with submitting the treatment proposals to your insurance company on your behalf to determine your insurance benefits before commencing any dental work. As you are aware, your insurance coverage is actually a contract between yourself and the insurance company. If for any reason the insurance company does not cover or pay for a procedure, and you opt to proceed with the procedure, then payment will be required upon completion of the treatment. If you have any concerns about insurance coverage, please bring them to the attention of our Treatment Coordinator. They will try their best to help you navigate through the jargons of the coverage and to benefit fully from your insurance policy.
